Dear Mrs. Napolitano,

When, upon your election in 1998, you took your oath to uphold law and order in your state according to the Constitution, it also included the responsibility to protect the innocent from wrongful convictions.

One of the most blatant miscarriages of justice is the Debbie Milke case, which you were not responsible for at the time. I would like to beg you to use your moral integrity as a fellow human being to carefully look into this case yourself. Debbie was obviously "media tried and justice denied". You can help setting the right signals in a time where is it obvious that the U.S. justice system is making too many mistakes. Even one innocent person executed is one too many.
