Dear Mrs. Napolitano,

The circumstances of Debbie Milke's conviction and death sentence are absolutely terrible.

A narrative police report without any backup material or signature as well as "hearsay upon hearsay" evidence and mere speculations are enough in your state to want to put a person to death? I just cannot believe it. A prosecutor stating in court that "when I looked into her eyes, I saw consummate evil" with nothing else to substantiate his "feelings", however cleverly influencing a jury against an incompetent and underpaid public defender under time constraints is beyond comprehension!

I beg you to please do everything in your power to rectify this error.
